2. Who can use the service

Our services are intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter contracts on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Orders and communication

All orders and related communication happen on Telegram. When you message @sellreview you are initiating an order flow. No agreement is binding until we confirm the scope, price, and delivery window back to you in that Telegram thread.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content for review text
• Target a listing you do not own or do not have written permission to promote
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security of the site
• Copy, resell, or white-label our services without permission

5. Third-party platforms

Our service delivers reviews on third-party platforms (such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook). Each of those platforms has its own terms, policies, and enforcement mechanisms that are outside our control. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our service complies with the relevant platform's terms. Nothing on our website should be read as legal advice or a guarantee that a platform will accept or retain specific reviews.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, and all original content are owned by Review Sell Buzz. You may view and share links to our content, but you may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any material without our written permission. Trademarks of third parties shown on the site are the property of their respective owners.

7. Your content

If you supply draft review text, business details, or other material to be used in an order, you grant us a limited license to use that material solely to fulfill your order. You confirm that you have the right to provide the material and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Guarantees

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee: if a review we deliver is removed by the platform within 30 days, we will replace it at no cost. Beyond that replacement, we make no warranty that any specific review will remain on any specific platform indefinitely.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse our service, or create legal or reputational risk for our business. Any fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (platform algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions); we do not guarantee specific business results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Sell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Get Reviews Buzz is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless you have mandatory consumer rights under local law that apply regardless.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
