Terms and Conditions
The commercial terms that apply to every order placed with Review Sell.

1. About these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") cover the commercial side of working with Review Sell, ordering, pricing, delivery, payment, guarantees, and refunds. They complement (and in the event of a conflict, are subordinate to) our Terms of Service.
2. Our services
We provide online-review and reputation-management services across 100+ third-party platforms. A full catalogue and current pricing is published on our products page. Pricing and availability on that page may change without notice.
3. Placing an order
All orders are placed by messaging us on Telegram at @sellreview. An order becomes binding when:
- We have confirmed the scope, platform, quantity, and price
- You have approved any review copy we have drafted
- You have paid the agreed amount in full or the agreed deposit
Prices on the website are a starting point. The final price depends on volume, pacing, platform risk factors, and any custom requirements identified during the Telegram conversation.
4. Payment
Payment methods and instructions are shared on Telegram when the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to require full payment before beginning delivery for new clients or large orders. Taxes, fees, and currency-conversion costs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Delivery and timelines
Typical delivery runs over 5–10 days from order confirmation, spread out to look organic. The exact pacing depends on the platform, the volume ordered, and seasonal factors. We will share an estimated schedule in your Telegram thread before delivery begins.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not fixed deadlines. Delays caused by platform changes, account availability, or events outside our control do not give rise to a refund on their own, though we will keep you informed and, where reasonable, extend the guarantee period.
6. 30-day replacement guarantee
Every review we deliver is covered by a 30-day replacement guarantee: if a review is removed by the platform within 30 days of posting, we will replace it free of charge. The guarantee:
- Applies only to the specific reviews we delivered for you
- Does not extend to situations where you change the listing, its category, or its primary details in a way that triggers platform action
- Does not apply when you have breached platform terms through actions taken outside our service
7. Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel an order before delivery has begun for a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs we have already incurred. Once delivery has started, the following applies:
- Partial delivery, then cancellation: we will refund the pro-rated amount for the reviews not yet delivered.
- Delivered reviews not meeting the agreed scope: we will either replace them or refund the portion affected, at our discretion and in line with the 30-day guarantee.
- Change-of-mind after full delivery: we are unable to offer a refund, because the service has already been performed.
8. Your responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You own the business or listing the reviews are for, or have permission to represent it
- All information you give us is accurate and up to date
- You will not make public statements about the service that misrepresent what we do or what we guaranteed
- You will pay promptly according to the agreed terms
9. Prohibited use
We do not accept orders that target businesses you do not have the right to promote, that involve defamatory or illegal review content, or that otherwise breach applicable law. If we discover after the fact that an order breached this clause, we may stop delivery and retain payment for work already performed.
10. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational losses, including but not limited to loss of rankings, algorithmic penalties, or platform suspension that is not directly caused by our negligent performance.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including platform-side changes, internet outages, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or government action.
12. Changes to these T&Cs
We may update these T&Cs from time to time. The version in effect for your order is the one posted on the site at the moment we confirm the order in Telegram. For material changes affecting live orders, we will notify you in your Telegram thread.
